This is the Facebook version of a pack I already wrote up for LinkedIn. Same builder, same MIT license, same shape: it drafts, it audits, it hands the result back to you, and nothing posts until you approve it. One thing to know up front: this pack is built for a Facebook Page, the kind a business or a creator runs, not a personal profile.

01. Why this exists

a Page post is the cheap part now

The builder's line, repeated across every pack in this family: "writing collapsed to the price of a chat subscription." Writing a Page update was never hard. Doing it consistently, in a voice that is not corporate mush, and replying to comments before they go stale, is the actual work.

these skills sit on that. Short punchy posts by formula, comment replies in your voice, and a weekly plan so the Page does not go quiet for a fortnight.

Most Page posts are 40 words too long and a day too late.

Part of the set

sergebulaev ships one of these per platform, all MIT, all the same shape. The full rundown with every source link is on the social media skills hub.

02. What you actually get

one install, no coding

The skills load into Claude Code or Codex and trigger when you ask for something Facebook-shaped. You never call them by name.

SkillWhat it does
Post WriterDrafts short punchy posts around the under-80-character sweet spot, or longer story posts, using 2026 Facebook hook formulas
RepurposerConverts a LinkedIn post, X thread, blog or newsletter into a native Page post with adjusted tone and formatting
HumanizerRemoves AI vocabulary tells and runs a pre-publish audit for engagement
Hook ExtractorReverse-engineers hooks from high-share posts and maps them to Facebook formula templates
Engagement DrafterCreates reply drafts for Page comments in your voice, in copy-paste format
Content PlannerGenerates a weekly Page plan with a post mix, hooks, timing and daily targets
Page OptimizerAudits and rewrites the Page profile elements for 2026 conversion
Audience InsightsReads public Page stats and commenter data through Apify

03. Install it

a plugin marketplace, no coding

It ships as a plugin. Add the marketplace, install the pack, and the skills are live in your next session.

# Claude Code (CLI, Desktop, Web, IDEs)
/plugin marketplace add sergebulaev/facebook-skills
/plugin install facebook-skills@facebook-skills

# Codex CLI
codex plugin marketplace add sergebulaev/facebook-skills
codex plugin add facebook-skills@facebook-skills

# any other agent
npx skills add sergebulaev/facebook-skills

Nothing else is required. The optional keys in section 6 only matter if you want it to publish for you or generate images.

04. The loop: draft, audit, approve

the approve step is the job

The flow is always the same. You describe the post or the comment you want to answer. Post Writer or Engagement Drafter drafts it. Humanizer removes the AI tells and runs the engagement audit. Then it stops and shows you the result. Nothing posts until you say so.

YOUR IDEA DRAFT + HUMANIZE Claude Code runs the skills YOU APPROVE or send it back PUBLISHED
The skills draft and clean. You are the gate before it publishes.

Paste without reading and the Page sounds like every other Page running the same tool. The gate is where your judgment goes in.

05. The skills that carry it

the rest are useful, these are the reason to install

Post Writer is built around a real constraint here: short wins on Facebook. It favours the under-80-character post and only goes long when the format calls for a story. Most Pages default to long and lose the reader in the first line.

Engagement Drafter is the one that keeps a Page alive. Comments on a Page go cold fast, and answering them all by hand is a job nobody has time for. This drafts replies in your voice that you paste and send.

Repurposer does the quiet heavy lifting. If you already post on LinkedIn or X, this turns that work into native Page posts instead of you writing everything twice.

Page Optimizer is a one-time job. Run it once on the about section, the intro, the call-to-action button and the pinned post. It is the first thing a new visitor reads.

06. The optional paid add-ons

the pack is free, these extend it

The core is free forever. Two integrations extend it and you only add what you need. Keys go in a .env file.

ServiceWhat it addsCost
PubloraAuto-publishes to the Page, with a 59-day Page token that refreshes itselfFree tier, then paid
PixfaroGenerates images for a postFrom about 0.004 dollars per image
ApifyPowers Audience Insights, reads public Page data without a loginUsage-based

You can run the whole thing with zero keys and post each approved draft into your Page by hand.

07. The completely free setup

run it with zero paid keys

Every skill in this pack works without Publora, Pixfaro or Apify. With no keys it drops to manual mode: it still drafts and audits, then hands you text to paste yourself instead of publishing. A few prompts make that mode smooth, and you can wire in free automation on top if you want it.

Paid pieceFree version
Publora, publishingA clean copy-paste block, or a local Playwright script that logs in with your own browser session
Pixfaro, imagesGenerate in ChatGPT or anywhere else, hand the skill the file path. Or skip images
Apify, Audience Insights datakevinzg/facebook-scraper (pip install facebook-scraper)

For Facebook, the data scraper is kevinzg/facebook-scraper. It reads public Pages with no login. Add a cookie only if you need reactions or group data.

Right after install, paste this into Claude Code in the plugin's folder to turn on free mode:

I will not use Publora, Pixfaro or Apify. Read every SKILL.md and the files
in lib/ (apify_client.py, publora_client.py, pixfaro_client.py). Make all
skills work with zero paid keys: publishing outputs a clean copy-paste
block, images print the prompt and then accept a local file path, data
fetch asks me to paste the content when no scraper is set up. Do not change
any function names or return shapes. Add FREE_MODE=1 to .env.example. Show
me a summary of every change.

That alone is a working free setup. The rest is optional polish, each a one-paragraph prompt to Claude Code: swap the Apify calls in lib/apify_client.py for the scraper above, keeping the return shape and putting the new code in lib/free_scrapers.py so one import flips it back; rewrite lib/publora_client.py to post with Playwright from your saved browser session and stop before the final click unless you pass auto=True; make lib/pixfaro_client.py take a local image path instead of calling the API.

Day to day: the skill drafts and humanizes, then you paste the post yourself or let the Playwright step do it. Need an image, the skill prints a prompt, you make it elsewhere and give back the path. Audience Insights runs off the local data source.

Total cost, zero. Worth knowing: these scrapers are unofficial and against each platform's terms of service, they break whenever the platform changes its markup, and Meta blocks Facebook scrapers aggressively and this one breaks often. Keep request volume low.

08. This is a Page pack, not a profile pack

who it is actually for

Every skill here assumes a Facebook Page: a business, a brand, a creator account with followers and a comment stream. If you only post to a personal profile, most of this does not apply, and Publora's Page token will not connect to it.

Inside that scope the workflow is narrow and useful: short posts, fast comment replies, a weekly plan, and a Page profile that converts. That is most of what a Page needs and most of what Pages neglect.

09. The catch, in plain words

read this before you install

A skill pack does not give you judgment. It drafts a comment reply, but you still have to decide when a comment needs a human answer and when a draft is fine. On a business Page that call matters.

Feed it your real posts too. Show it a few of your own Page updates that landed, not a description, or the tone drifts to generic brand voice.

And Publora posts to your Page on your behalf. Read what it does before you connect it.

10. Who should use it

the honest verdict

Use it if you run a Facebook Page for a business or a brand and you already work in Claude Code or Codex. It keeps the Page posting and the comments answered without it becoming a full job.

Skip it if your Facebook presence is a personal profile, or if you do not use an agent day to day.

There is a version of this for every other platform too. All of them, with source links, are on the social media skills hub.

The pack is on GitHub, it is MIT, and it takes ten minutes to try. Worst case, nothing changes. Best case, the Page stops going quiet for weeks at a time.
