Every D2C brand doing real festive season volume right now is buried under the same repetitive questions. Where is my order. Can I exchange this for a bigger size. Is this piece genuine. When will my Diwali gift actually arrive. That repetition is the opening. If you can find the right brand, design an AI voice agent around its exact problem, build a working demo before you ever get on a call, and send that demo instead of a pitch deck, you have something most outbound never has: proof it already works.
01. Why This Window Matters
India's festive season is when D2C brands make or lose their year, and it's also when support load spikes hardest. Research firm Redseer forecast online festive GMV crossing roughly ₹1.15 lakh crore in 2025, up 20 to 25% on the year before, independently of any single brand. Per Razorpay's own festive-season data, drawn from a dataset of over 200 Indian D2C brands, average Meta customer acquisition cost climbed from around ₹380 in 2025 to about ₹502 in 2026.
More orders, more expensive paid traffic, the same size support team. That combination is why a founder buried in "where is my order" DMs in late September reacts differently to a working demo than the same founder would in February. Fashion, jewellery, gifting, beauty and electronics carry the heaviest festive-season spike, which makes them the categories worth starting with.

02. Step 0: Find Brands Worth Pitching
Before any prompt, you need a real target list. Three ways to build one, in the order I'd actually use them.
Search with Chrome's AI Mode
Chrome has a built-in AI Mode, Google's AI-powered search experience integrated directly into the browser, accessible from the search box on a new tab, not just from google.com. It answers a query with a synthesized response instead of ten blue links, and on desktop, clicking through opens the actual webpage side by side with the AI answer so you're comparing brands without losing your place. You can also add open tabs, images or PDFs into the same search for extra context. It launched in the US first, and Google has been expanding it from there, so check whether it's live on your own Chrome build before you rely on it.
Use it as a research assistant, not a database. A query like "top D2C jewellery brands in India" or "best gifting D2C brands in India for festive season" gets you a shortlist with context in a couple of minutes instead of opening ten tabs yourself.

Scroll Instagram, note who's paying to be there
The second signal is one performance marketers have used for years: scroll Instagram in your target category and note which brands keep showing a paid-ad label under their posts. Meta has been rolling out a smaller "Ad" tag in place of the older "Sponsored" tag since March 2026, so depending on your app version you'll see one or the other, but the underlying signal hasn't changed: that brand is paying Meta to put this specific post in front of you.
A brand spending real money on paid ads during festive season has a live marketing budget, and usually someone internally under pressure to make that spend convert. That's exactly the person who says yes to a working demo instead of a cold pitch.

Plain search lists, as a starting point
Search "best D2C beauty brands India 2026" or "top D2C electronics brands India" and skim two or three of these roundup posts. They won't tell you which brand actually needs a voice agent. They will hand you twenty or thirty real company names in a category in under five minutes, which is the raw material the first two tactics need to work with.
| Step | What you do | What you get |
|---|---|---|
| 0. Find the brand | Chrome AI Mode, Instagram ads, best-of lists | A shortlist of real D2C brands with budget |
| 1. Copy the link | Grab the brand's website URL | Input for the next two prompts |
| 2. Research prompt | Paste the exact prompt into ChatGPT | Ranked list of AI voice agent opportunities |
| 3. Blueprint prompt | Run the second exact prompt | Full agent blueprint with paste-ready system instructions |
| 4. Build the demo | Paste the blueprint into OmniDim | A working, callable AI voice agent |
03. Step 1: Copy the Website Link
Once you have a brand, this step is one line: copy its website URL. You'll paste it straight into the first prompt. That's the entire step, and it's the only thing standing between you and real research instead of a guess.
04. Step 2: the Research Prompt
Open ChatGPT, paste the brand's website link, and run this prompt exactly as written.
Prompt 1 · paste into ChatGPT
"Research this business deeply using its website, products, customer journey, FAQs, reviews, support flow and available public information. Identify the most repetitive customer questions, support requests, sales conversations and tasks, especially those likely to increase during the upcoming festive season. Then identify where an AI voice agent could realistically help this business. For each opportunity, explain what problem the business has, what customers are trying to do, what the AI voice agent would handle, how the conversation would work, what actions the agent would need to take, and how it could save time, improve customer experience or increase conversions. Rank the opportunities by business impact and ease of implementation. Finally, recommend the single best AI voice-agent use case to build a demo for this business."
What comes back shouldn't read like a generic "AI could help with X" list. Done properly, it's a ranked set of opportunities tied to that brand's actual FAQs, actual reviews and actual support flow, each one scored for business impact and how hard it would be to build. The last line of the prompt forces ChatGPT to commit to one recommendation instead of handing you five vague ideas, which is the part that actually matters. You need one use case to build a demo around, not a menu.
05. Step 3: the Blueprint Prompt
Keep the same chat open, because this prompt depends on the research the first one just did. Run this next.
Prompt 2 · paste into ChatGPT, same chat
"Based on the research above, design an AI voice agent specifically for this business and the recommended use case. Create a complete blueprint for the agent, including its objective, target customers, capabilities, conversation flow, common questions and responses, information it needs to collect, actions it should take, different scenarios, edge cases, human handoff rules, tone and exact system instructions. Make the final system instructions detailed enough that I can paste them directly into an AI voice-agent platform and build a working demo. Optimize the agent specifically for the business's biggest problem identified in the research."
This is the step that turns research into something buildable. The output should include a real conversation flow, the exact questions the agent asks, what happens when a customer asks something outside scope, when it needs to hand off to a human, and full system instructions written to be pasted directly into a voice-agent platform. If what comes back still reads like a strategy document instead of build-ready instructions, push ChatGPT for the specific system prompt rather than starting to build from a summary.
06. Step 4: Build the Demo in OmniDim
OmniDim, at omnidim.io, is a no-code voice AI platform built for exactly this handoff. You describe an agent in plain language, or paste in a structured blueprint, and it builds a working voice agent around it. It supports multiple languages and voices, connects to CRMs, calendars and telephony providers such as Twilio, and lets you simulate calls and monitor the agent before it ever takes a real one.
Here's what that structure actually looks like once built in OmniDim, using a customer-support voice agent as the example.
OmniDim agent build, structured like this
- Languages
- 10 selected: English (India), Hindi, Bengali, Gujarati, Tamil, Telugu, Marathi, Kannada, Malayalam, Punjabi
- Voice (TTS)
- Eleven Labs, Richard Swanson
- AI Model (LLM)
- gpt-4.1-mini
- Transcription (STT)

"hi, you're speaking with order care. tell me what happened with your order and i'll check it for you."
Welcome message, dynamic and interruptible
Conversational flow, built from sections toggled on in order
- Identity & Purpose
- Facts
- Actions & Limits
- Flow: customer verification
- Flow: delivery status / ETA
- Flow: exchange request
- Flow: return request
- Flow: pickup / reschedule
- Flow: refund status
- Scope & Redirects
- Guardrails
- FAQ
Notice the shape of it. The agent isn't one long unstructured prompt, it's built from named, toggled-on sections in order: who it is and what it's for, the facts it knows, what actions it's allowed to take, then a separate flow for each real scenario, verifying who the customer is, checking delivery status, handling an exchange, a return, a pickup reschedule, a refund status check, then rules for what's out of scope, guardrails, and a FAQ block. That's the exact structure the second ChatGPT prompt is designed to hand you. You're not writing this from scratch inside OmniDim, you're transferring what ChatGPT already designed into the platform's own building blocks, section by section.
Source: OmniDimension, omnidim.io. This reflects how a real customer-support agent is typically structured inside the platform, not a specific client's live dashboard.
07. Send It, Don't Pitch It
Record the demo. A short screen capture of you actually talking to the agent, or the agent handling a real scenario pulled from the brand's own FAQ, is worth more than any explanation of what it could do.
Send that recording directly to the brand, on LinkedIn, Instagram or email, with one direct line: "I built an AI voice agent specifically for your business, here's a quick demo." Nothing longer than that.
A reply is a potential client. No reply means you move to the next brand on your list. The entire pitch is the demo. If it's genuinely built around that brand's actual FAQs and actual festive-season support load, it does the convincing a deck never will.
Underneath all of it, this is the same one-automation-per-niche play that gets any AI automation freelancer their first client: pick one problem, for one type of business, and prove it works before you try to sell anything else. I wrote the fuller version of that playbook here: You Don't Need to Be an AI Expert to Start an AI Automation Business.
One honest note before you run this: it's a method, not a result I'm reporting back on. My own agency work right now is real estate, healthcare and solar voice agents, not D2C festive campaigns, and I haven't personally run this exact play against a named brand and gotten a reply yet. What I can tell you is that every piece of it, researching with ChatGPT before designing an agent, then building it in OmniDim, is exactly how I build agents for clients today. Whether it lands a reply from a jewellery brand in October is the actual test, and that test is yours to run.
Nobody replies to an idea sitting in your notes app. People reply to something that already works.
FAQ
How do I find D2C brands to pitch AI voice agents to during festive season?
Use three signals together. Search Chrome's built-in AI Mode for queries like "top D2C jewellery brands in India" to get a synthesized shortlist, scroll Instagram in your target category and note which brands carry a paid "Ad" or "Sponsored" label since that means they have a live marketing budget, and skim "best D2C brand" roundup lists for more names. Fashion, jewellery, gifting, beauty and electronics see the heaviest festive-season spike, so start there.
What is Chrome's AI Mode?
AI Mode is Google's AI-powered search experience built directly into Chrome, accessible from the search box on a new tab. It answers complex queries with a synthesized response instead of a list of links, opens a clicked webpage side by side with the AI answer so you don't lose context, and lets you add open tabs, images or PDFs to a search for more context. It launched in the US first and has been expanding from there.
What exact ChatGPT prompts should I use to design an AI voice agent for a brand?
Run two prompts in sequence, in the same chat. The first asks ChatGPT to research the business deeply using its website, products, FAQs and reviews, then rank AI voice agent opportunities by business impact and recommend the single best one to build a demo for. The second asks ChatGPT to take that research and design a complete agent blueprint, including conversation flow, edge cases, human handoff rules and system instructions detailed enough to paste directly into a voice-agent platform.
What is OmniDim and how do I use it to build a demo?
OmniDim, at omnidim.io, is a no-code voice AI platform. You describe an agent in plain language or paste in a structured blueprint, and it builds a working voice agent from it, with support for multiple languages and voices, CRM and telephony integrations, and built-in testing. You build the agent's conversation flow as separate, named sections, such as identity, facts, actions, individual scenario flows, guardrails and FAQ, which maps directly onto what the second ChatGPT prompt outputs.
How do I pitch the finished AI voice agent demo to a brand?
Record a short demo of the agent handling a real scenario from the brand's own FAQs, then send it directly to the brand on LinkedIn, Instagram or email with a short message: "I built an AI voice agent specifically for your business, here's a quick demo." A reply means you have a potential client. No reply means you move to the next brand on your list.
