This page covers codewithnishant.dev and the small automation tools Nishant Gupta (Code With Nishant) runs for his own content, including the Google app "Code With Nishant - Automation". It is written to be short and plain.

The Google app (YouTube uploads)

"Code With Nishant - Automation" is a private tool. Only Nishant signs in to it, with his own Google account. It uses the YouTube Data API to upload his own videos to his own channel (@codewithnishant001), set their titles and descriptions, and read back his own recent uploads to check that each video went live once.

  • It does not ask anyone else to sign in and does not access anyone else's Google or YouTube data.
  • The sign-in token stays on Nishant's own computer. It is not sold, shared or sent anywhere except to Google to make these API calls.
  • Use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

What this website collects

  • Forms and the newsletter. If you type your name, email or phone number into a form here, it is stored in Brevo (our email and contact tool) so we can send what you asked for and reply to you. Newsletter sign-ups are also added to Beehiiv, which sends the newsletter.
  • Bookings and purchases. Mentorship calls and strategy calls are booked through SuperProfile, which handles payment. Their own privacy policy applies there.
  • Basic site data. Our hosting providers (Cloudflare and Vercel) keep standard server logs, such as IP address, browser and pages visited, to run and secure the site. If page analytics is switched on, PostHog counts which pages are visited.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for anything other than replying to you, sending content you signed up for, and running the site.

Deleting your data

Every newsletter email has an unsubscribe link. To have your details deleted, message Nishant on LinkedIn or Telegram and they will be removed.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it.
