# Claudex cross-agent review skill

This download is a portable Agent Skill for a plan, review, implementation, and review workflow. Install the `cross-agent-review-loop` folder in one coding agent's skill directory.

## Quick version

Download and unzip → copy the full `cross-agent-review-loop` folder into Claude Code or Codex → invoke the skill → pass its plan and review packets to the other agent yourself.

You only need to install it in the agent where you want to invoke the workflow. Install a copy in both tools only if you want to invoke the skill in both. The other agent can review a handoff without installing the skill.

## Install for one project

Unzip the download. Copy the full `cross-agent-review-loop` folder into the project root:

- Claude Code: `.claude/skills/cross-agent-review-loop/`
- Codex: `.agents/skills/cross-agent-review-loop/`

## Install for your own projects

Copy the folder into your user skill directory:

- Claude Code: `~/.claude/skills/cross-agent-review-loop/`
- Codex: `~/.agents/skills/cross-agent-review-loop/`

Each product scans its own skill locations. Installing in Claude Code does not install it in Codex, and installing in Codex does not install it in Claude Code. For another coding agent, check its current Agent Skills instructions.

## Start a task

- Claude Code: invoke `/cross-agent-review-loop` and describe the task.
- Codex: invoke `$cross-agent-review-loop` and describe the task.

The skill can draft a plan and reviewer packet. You still pass that packet to the second agent yourself unless you already have a separate, approved agent connection. Reviewers stay read-only. Do not paste secrets or private source into another tool without checking your organization's rules.
